How do I claim a reward?

If you're on Paceline app version 3.84.0 or earlier . . .


  • You can check your current app version by going to the Profile tab at the bottom of the page, taping on User Settings, and then scrolling down to see the current version of your app.


To claim a reward, start by tapping the "Reward" tab on the bottom-left of the screen. From there, you can see the list of currently available rewards. Depending on how many Pacepoints you have, you can select to claim one or multiple rewards available to you, similar to the example below: 



Pacepoints introduces a new way to reward you for health and wellness-related activities while also providing you with the flexibility to store your earned value in points to exchange those points for the rewards that you want. You can immediately spend points as you earn them, or they can save up their points to spend on fewer, more valuable rewards than before.

 

Please note: Unspent Pacepoints expire 24 weeks after they’ve been added to your balance.


Once your selected reward has been claimed, you should now see a button near the bottom of your screen that says "Redeem Reward!". The details of each reward will be stated on the individual reward page, similar to the example below:



If you're on Paceline app version 3.85.0 or later . . .


  • You can check your current app version by going to the Profile tab at the bottom of the page, taping on User Settings, and then scrolling down to see the current version of your app.

  •  It's important to note that not all users will be immediately transitioned onto our latest update to directly integrate the Marketplace into the Paceline app. This update will be rolled out to users starting on April 1, 2024, and will continue to automatically add more users to this new rewards system over time. However, you will need to have a Paceline app version of 3.85.0 or later for this Marketplace direct integration to show up on your app


What's changed?

You no longer have to go through the process of "claiming" rewards; no more having to keep track of which rewards you've redeemed.


Simply browse our integrated Marketplace rewards, where you can see the available exclusive discounts you can get on any number of our available partner products. 


You can see upfront how big of a discount you can get on each product, and how many Pacepoints you would need to spend to get that discount. 


To start, tap on the Rewards tab at the bottom of the screen to view our new rewards catalog, with the Marketplace directly integrated into the app. From here, you can scroll through all of our currently featured products within the Marketplace; or you can tap on "See All Brands" to be directed to the full Paceline Marketplace, underneath the "Featured" category or by scrolling down to the bottom of the screen.



You can also view our list of currently available Gift Cards, Donations, or Mystery Gift rewards by tapping on the Marketplace-Phone toggle toward the bottom of the screen.



Once you find an item that suits your fancy, you can add it to your cart where the applicable discount and corresponding Pacepoints price will be confirmed before proceeding to checkout.



If you'd rather save your Pacepoints for another time, you have the option at checkout to either enable to disable your Pacepoints being applied toward your discount. If you'd like to use your Pacepoints toward your purchase, you can leave the box checked, otherwise, simply uncheck the box and your Pacepoints balance will not be affected by your purchase.



You can also apply previously earned gift codes toward your purchase and combine them with any Pacepoints discount. For any gift code that you wish to use at checkout, you can either tap on the "Redeem reward!" button of that specific reward you've previously claimed or type in the discount code manually to combine more than one gift code, when applicable. At that point, you'll again have the option to check or uncheck the box to "Apply Pacepoints toward discounts" before completing your purchase.
