How can I see how many referrals I have?

Want to see the status of your qualified referral rewards? Tap on the Profile button in the bottom-right corner of the screen and tap on "Referral Activity" (as shown below):

Understanding Referral Statuses on your Referral Activity Screen

When you, as the referrer, invite friends to Paceline, they will appear on your Referral Activity screen. All invited referrals will have 3 statuses until each person completes or does not complete all referral requirements:

1. Pending = This is the first status you will see. Your referral has either not hit a streak and claimed a reward, or we are processing your referral reward via email.
   
   
2. Completed! = You will see this status when both you and your referral have hit your first streak and claimed your first reward. This means your referral gift card has also been emailed to you, but please be sure to check your spam/junk folder just in case!
   
   
3. Expired = You will see this status if the person you invited who signed up with your referral code did not claim their first reward within 45 days of signing up on the Paceline App.

What do I need to do to receive a referral reward?

We run various referral reward programs where Pacers who refer others receive some sort of reward. At this time, as of December, 2023, we’ll reward you (the referrer) with a gift code for the Paceline Marketplace of up to $12.00 and a gift code for the Paceline Marketplace of up to $6.00 for the referee (the person you referred) once the following have been completed by both the referrer (you) and the referee (the person you've referred):

1. Complete your/their first streak
   
   
2. Claims your/their first weekly reward in the Paceline app

As of 04/08/2022, please be aware that your referee (the person that signs up using your referral code) must verify their email on the Paceline App, hit their first streak, and claim their first reward in the Paceline App within 45 days of their Paceline account creation to qualify for the referral offer.

Once the above conditions are met, the referral reward gift cards will be sent via email. However, please note that the time/date these conditions are met will determine when you receive the referral reward gift card. As a heads up, if both the referrer and referee meet the above conditions:

• Before Sunday, 3:00 pm PST, the referral rewards are sent out Tuesday
  
  
• After Sunday, 3:00 pm PST,  the referral rewards are sent out Tuesday the week after that

Everyone is eligible, even if you’ve received a referral reward before. You'll earn a referral reward for every new friend until you hit $10,000 in the limit of referral rewards, inclusive of any other Paceline program.

We distribute referral rewards on a weekly basis and will send notifications of referral reward achievements via email. Please note that the referral reward program is for a limited time only.

**Please note: we currently send this reward manually every Monday as of 12:00 am PST (excluding any holidays) regardless of when you earn the reward during the week, and it may take up to one business day to process. Further, please be aware that the referral reward amount is subject to change at any time, and may be affected by any promotional events being run at the time.
