I never received redemption instructions in my email after claiming a weekly reward. What should I do?

If you didn’t receive redemption instructions after claiming a weekly reward (or just want to see what rewards you previously claimed), you can find this information directly in the Paceline app:

  1. Tap on the Profile tab on the bottom-right corner of the screen

  2. Tap on "Claimed Rewards" under the Account settings section

  3. Tap on the claimed reward you would like to see redemption instructions for

If you are still unable to redeem your weekly reward after reviewing the redemption instructions for your reward, get in touch with us by clicking the link here! A member of our Support team would be happy to look into this further for you!
