Weekly Goals Overview

What Are Weekly Goals?

Paceline’s weekly goals are built to help you move in ways that support better cardiovascular health, stronger muscles, and more consistent habits. These goals are grounded in American Heart Association (AHA) and CDC recommendations, plus behavior-change science that shows what actually leads to long-term results.

Paceline’s weekly goals blend:

  • Intensity — eHR minutes linked to cardiorespiratory health
  • Daily movement — step goals that support metabolic health
  • Functional fitness — strength training aligned with AHA guidance
  • Consistency — multi-day activity to reinforce habits

What if a workout synced under the wrong category?

Paceline maps workout types from your connected device or health app to the activities we recognize. Occasionally, a workout may sync incorrectly or land under a general category like "Other" — this can happen when a provider uses a label we don't have a direct match for, or when they update how they classify activities on their end.

If a workout didn't count toward your goal and you think it should have, contact us and we'll take a look.
