How do I exchange a product?

Marketplace orders are generally not eligible for exchanges. Food, drinks, and supplements cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. Depending on the product and brand partner, we may be able to explore options. Contact us with your order number and we'll see what's possible.


We can't guarantee an exchange will be possible, but we'll always check on your behalf and let you know what the brand is able to do.
