Where is my order?

You can track your order status anytime from the Your Orders section of your Paceline portal, linked in the order confirmation and shipping emails.


Here's what each status means:

  • Processing — Your order was placed, and the brand hasn't shipped yet. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
  • In Transit — Your order has shipped. A tracking number is available in Your Orders.


Because products ship directly from brand partners through their normal fulfillment channels, shipping times will vary — most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipment.


If your order has been in Processing for more than 7 business days with no update, please contact Paceline support.


We'll follow up with the brand to see what’s causing the delay.
