You can track your order status anytime from the Your Orders section of your Paceline portal, linked in the order confirmation and shipping emails.
Here's what each status means:
- Processing — Your order was placed, and the brand hasn't shipped yet. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
- In Transit — Your order has shipped. A tracking number is available in Your Orders.
Because products ship directly from brand partners through their normal fulfillment channels, shipping times will vary — most orders arrive within 5–10 business days of shipment.
If your order has been in Processing for more than 7 business days with no update, please contact Paceline support.
We'll follow up with the brand to see what’s causing the delay.
