How does the Paceline Marketplace work?

The Paceline Marketplace is a curated shop where you can redeem Pacepoints for discounts on athletic and wellness products from our brand partners.


What you'll find in the Marketplace

This Week's Kit: 3–5 hand-curated products picked by the Paceline team. Refreshes every Tuesday.

Flash Picks : Time-limited sale items, automatically filtered to your saved sizes.

On the Rise: Products trending among Paceline members right now, ranked by recent interest and purchases.

Trending Amongst Your Workouts: Products popular with members who do the same workouts you do.

Find Inspiration For: Filtered by training goal: Hydration, Sleep & Recovery, FSA/HSA, Nutrition, and more.

Seasonal: Collections tied to the time of year (Spring Training, Race Season, Pride Month, etc.). These rotate automatically.


Order flow

Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly by the brand partner — Paceline doesn't warehouse any products. Once you check out, here's what happens:

  1. Paceline sends a fulfillment request to the brand partner through our B2B sales channels
  2. The brand partner accepts fulfillment and processes the order
  3. The brand partner ships your order with tracking info


Order status:


Processing — Your order was placed successfully. The retailer hasn't shipped yet.

In Transit — Your order has shipped. Tracking is available in Your Orders.


Returns and refunds

We don't accept returns at this time. Depending on the product, we may be able to offer alternative solutions — reach out to our support team to confirm.


If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.

If a refund is approved, it will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post it.


Cancellations and subscriptions

Some Marketplace items may be offered as subscriptions with repeat deliveries. You can cancel or change a subscription at any time — links to manage your order are in your order confirmation email.


For pre-orders, you can request a cancellation before the order is fulfilled. Once fulfilled, cancellation isn't possible.
