Because products ship directly from brand partners through their normal fulfillment channels, shipping times will vary.
Most orders ship out in 3 business days arrive within 5–10 business days.
You can track your order status anytime from the Your Orders section of your Paceline portal, linked in the order confirmation and shipping emails.
Here's what each status means:
- Processing: Your order was placed, and the brand hasn't shipped yet. This is normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.
- In Transit: Your order has shipped. A tracking number is available in Your Orders.
If your order has been in Processing status for more than 7 business says with no shipping update, please contact Paceline support. We'll follow up with the brand on your behalf to resolve the delay.
