Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations aren't guaranteed. Orders are sent to brand partners immediately after checkout, so by the time you reach out, fulfillment may already be underway. If the order has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel it.


If you'd like to cancel, contact Paceline support as soon as possible. We'll reach out to the brand on your behalf and let you know whether cancellation is still possible.
