Your streak is the heartbeat of Paceline.
Elevate your heart rate for a minimum of 50 minutes each week and earn points that unlock a marketplace full of health and wellness rewards. Every week you reach 150 elevated minutes across at least three days, you earn a Streak.
The Basics
- Goal: 150 minutes of elevated heart rate activity (roughly 22 minutes/day)
- Timeframe: Monday 12:00 AM → Sunday 11:59 PM (local time)
- Reward: Each completed week unlocks one new perk or offer
Streak Count
- Your current Streak appears on your app home screen (for example, “4-week streak”)
- If you miss your goal for a week, your Streak resets to 0, but you can start again immediately

Regular, consistent movement — not perfection — is what drives long-term health benefits. Your Streak reflects steady effort, not single-day intensity.
