Welcome to Paceline — your everyday health ally.

Paceline rewards you for moving your body consistently. When you elevate your heart rate for at least 150 minutes a week, you earn a Streak that unlocks exclusive rewards in the Paceline app.


How It Works

  • Track with a supported wearable.

    Paceline connects with Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, and soon Oura, Ultrahuman, and Withings devices.

  • Hit your weekly goal.

    150 elevated heart rate minutes = 1 streak.

  • Claim your reward.

    Each streak unlocks a new health and wellness reward in the Paceline Marketplace.


What You’ll Need

  • An iPhone running iOS 16+ (Android support coming soon).
  • A supported wearable with heart rate tracking (see Supported Devices for the full list).
  • The Paceline App from the App Store.


Get Moving

Once you’ve linked your device and hit 150 minutes of elevated activity, your streak will update automatically. Keep the momentum going — consistency pays off.


Tip: Paceline uses your device’s built-in fitness metrics (like Exercise, Active, or Intensity Minutes). Manual entries don’t count toward streaks.
