How do I claim a Reward?

Here's how the rewards process works, from claiming to checkout.

Step 1: Claim a Reward

1. Tap the Rewards tab in the Paceline app
2. Choose a reward to claim:
   • Marketplace Gift Codes — a dollar-amount discount on an order
   • Mystery Gifts (20,000 or 40,000 Pacepoints) — reveals a Marketplace gift code or a brand gift card (like Amazon or Starbucks)
3. Tap and hold the Claim button

Step 2: Find Your Code

1. Tap your profile icon in the upper left → Claimed Rewards
2. Tap the reward → Redeem Reward → copy the code

Each reward tile shows the claim date. Codes are valid for 10 weeks from that date.

Step 3: Apply at Checkout

1. Add items to your Marketplace cart and proceed to checkout
2. Enter your code in the Discount Code box and tap Apply

Helpful tips

• You can use one Marketplace gift code per order, which can be stacked with Pacepoints item discounts
• Not valid on subscription items or gift cards
• No minimum purchase required
• Rewards must be redeemed within 10 weeks of claiming, after which they expire
