How are Pacepoints earned?

Pacepoints are earned by completing the elevated heart rate (eHR) target goals displayed in the Paceline app. There are multiple health and wellness-related activities that Paceline members can complete to earn up to 1,500 Pacepoints per week.


Weekly goals that earn Pacepoints:

Strengthen Your Muscles

  • Achievement: 30 minutes of strength training across 2 days
  • Reward: 300 Pacepoints

Establish Your Base

  • Achievement: 50 eHR minutes
  • Reward: 300 Pacepoints

Complete Your Streak

  • Achievement: 150 eHR minutes
  • Reward: 800 Pacepoints

Join the 300 Club

  • Achievement: 300 eHR minutes
  • Reward: 300 Pacepoints

Be Consistent

  • Achievement: Active on 3 days
  • Reward: 300 Pacepoints

Step It Up

  • Achievement: 30,000 steps
  • Reward: 400 Pacepoints

Step Consistently

  • Achievement: Hit step goal on 3 days
  • Reward: 300 Pacepoints
