Pacepoints are earned by completing the elevated heart rate (eHR) target goals displayed in the Paceline app. There are multiple health and wellness-related activities that Paceline members can complete to earn up to 1,500 Pacepoints per week.
Weekly goals that earn Pacepoints:
Strengthen Your Muscles
- Achievement: 30 minutes of strength training across 2 days
- Reward: 300 Pacepoints
Establish Your Base
- Achievement: 50 eHR minutes
- Reward: 300 Pacepoints
Complete Your Streak
- Achievement: 150 eHR minutes
- Reward: 800 Pacepoints
Join the 300 Club
- Achievement: 300 eHR minutes
- Reward: 300 Pacepoints
Be Consistent
- Achievement: Active on 3 days
- Reward: 300 Pacepoints
Step It Up
- Achievement: 30,000 steps
- Reward: 400 Pacepoints
Step Consistently
- Achievement: Hit step goal on 3 days
- Reward: 300 Pacepoints
