What is a Marketplace Gift Code?

A Marketplace Gift Code is a reward you claim with Pacepoints. Each code takes a set dollar amount off a Paceline Marketplace order.

• Codes are available from $2 to $15
• The Pacepoints price for each code is shown on its reward tile
• No minimum purchase required

How to claim a Marketplace Gift Code

1. Tap the Rewards tab in the Paceline app
2. Scroll to Marketplace Gift Codes and swipe to choose an amount
3. Tap the code, then press and hold Claim to confirm

Before you claim, tap About Paceline Marketplace, How does this reward work?, or Terms and Conditions for the details on that code.

How to use your code

1. Tap your profile icon in the upper left → Claimed Rewards
2. Tap the reward → Redeem Reward → copy the code
3. Add items to your Marketplace cart and proceed to checkout
4. Enter your code in the Discount Code box and tap Apply

Stacking with Pacepoints discounts

Gift codes and Pacepoints discounts work at different levels, so you can use both on the same order:

• Pacepoints discounts apply at the item level. Each product has its own set discount.
• Gift codes apply at the order level. One code comes off your order total.

Want to put more Pacepoints toward a purchase? Apply your item discounts, then add a gift code on top. Learn more in How do I use Pacepoints to shop?

Good to know

• One gift code per order. Codes can't be combined with other gift codes. If you have more than one, use them on separate orders.
• One-time use. Each code can be applied to one order.
• Use it within 10 weeks. Codes must be redeemed within 10 weeks of the claim date shown on the reward tile.
• Not valid on subscription items or gift cards.
• Returns. If an approved refund includes a gift code, we'll reissue a new gift code in the amount you applied to the order. See Returns and Refunds.
