Troubleshooting an incorrect workout category

Paceline maps workout types from your connected device or health app to the categories we recognize. Occasionally, a workout may sync incorrectly or land under a general category like "Other." Miscategorization can also happen when a provider (Apple Health, Garmin, etc) uses a label we don't have a direct match for, or updates how they classify activities on their end. This can affect whether a weekly goal is achieved or how a workout contributes to your Paceline Score.


If a workout was counted under the wrong category, please contact us and we'll take a look.
