What happens when you cancel Paceline+?

I cancelled my subscription, when do changes take effect?

Not right away. You keep full Paceline+ access through the end of your current subscription billing period. Once your billing period ends, your account moves back to the standard Paceline experience.

What stays the same?

• Activity history and Streak counter

What changes?

When your billing period ends, these Paceline+ features are no longer available:

• Paceline Score
• Personalized Goals (reverts to the standard AHA guided Weekly Goals)
• Pacepoints without expiration (reverts to standard 1-year expiry)
• Exclusive rewards and product drops
• Extra 10% Marketplace discount
• Paceline+ badges
• Enhanced data visualization

What happens to my Pacepoints?

Once Paceline+ ends, your Pacepoints follow the standard expiry: each point expires one year (365 days) from the date it was earned. This means any Pacepoints earned more than a year ago will expire when your billing period ends.

What happens to my Weekly Goals?

When your billing period ends, your goals switch from custom Personalized Goals back to the standard set of Weekly Goals based on American Heart Association guidance.

What happens to my Paceline Score?

Paceline Score is only available with Paceline+. When your billing period ends, your score will no longer be calculated or shown in the app.

What happens to my Rewards?

Rewards already claimed aren't affected. Canceling your P+ subscription changes which rewards and discounts you can access going forward.

Can I come back to Paceline+?

Yes, you can resubscribe anytime from Profile > Account > Membership.
