Paceline doesn't offer a streak pause or self-service streak save option. Your streak is a record of real, consistent effort, and that integrity is part of what makes it worth having.
If life got in the way
Illness, travel, pregnancy, injury, a hard season. Sometimes a streak breaks because life happens. A broken streak is not a failure. It’s a good moment to reset with intention and build forward momentum.
If your activity isn't syncing to Paceline
If you completed the weekly activity but your streak still broke, the issue may be a data sync gap between your fitness device and Paceline. Check whether the activity appears on your device or fitness app, then follow our troubleshooting guide to get your data flowing again.
Once your device is reconnected and syncing, your activity data will pull over and your streak will be restored automatically. If you've gone through the steps and something still looks off, reach out and we'll take a look.
