Steps is now an activity metric in Paceline — available for Weekly Goals, Streaks, and Leaderboard. It's built for people who don't use a heart rate wearable, or who focus mainly on step-based workouts.
Each week, you'll have a step target grounded in guidance from the American Heart Association and World Health Organization — representing roughly the same level of movement as 150 minutes of elevated heart rate exercise.
Whether you're tracking steps or heart rate, the same idea applies: steady, consistent movement is what counts.
