What happens if I file a payment dispute with my bank?
When a dispute is filed, the matter moves to your bank or card issuer to investigate. That process can take up to 60 days, and during that time Paceline is no longer able to access or take action on your order. Once a dispute is in motion, our hands are tied until it's resolved.
Can filing a dispute affect my Paceline account?
Yes. Payment disputes may result in suspension or removal from the Paceline Marketplace, the Paceline platform, or both.
