What constitutes a week? Can I change it to be a different start/end day or time?

What happens when I travel? What date or time does Paceline look at?

A Paceline week begins on Monday at 12:00 AM and ends on Sunday at 11:59 PM in your local timezone (which is determined within your device settings). At this time, there is no way to change a week’s start or end time.

Because we rely on the local date and time of your device, a change caused by visiting a new time zone also affects your weekly activity calculations. So if you’re planning to cross a few time zones and “travel into the future,” do your best plan to hit your weekly goal before that happens. Otherwise, please know that your Paceline week's start and end may be affected by the local date and time upon arrival.
